Strawberry Kiwi Salsa

A unique salsa that uses fresh strawberries and kiwi instead of the traditional tomatoes for a flavorful burst of flavor. The bright colors of the salsa definitely make the salsa all the more appealing!

Mexican food is so easy to put together and I love to make  Mexican appetizers like Mexican Spirals/ Black Bean PinwheelsGuacamole with make ahead instructionsBlack Bean Soup/Mexican Inspired Soup, Habanero pepper Chatni-salsa alternative  and Restaurant Style Salsa in Minutes .

It tastes great as an appetizer with tortilla chips or topped over tacos, grilled chicken, fish, salmon, tofu and paneer.
