Five minutes is all you need for this easy ladoo recipe using Almond Flour. With only four ingredients and no sugar syrup to make this recipe literally requires just mixing the ingredients-that’s it. The use of blanched Almond flour eliminates the need to soak almonds, peel and grind them.
I had made Badaam Barfi with Almond Flour and Upvas Cake with Almond Flour for Janamashtmi. After making the ‘Matki’ shaped cake for janamashtmi, I was left with a lot of scraps of dough! At that time I just rolled them and formed laddos to use up the left overs. I loved the taste and texture so much that I decided to make a full batch of just laddoos and dedicate a full post to it. Here is a picture of the scraps of dough after making the ‘matki’ cake. The laddoos last 10-12 days on the countertop and about a month in the refrigerator, stored in an airtight container.
Some other real easy laddoo recipes to try out are Two Ingredient Coconut laddoo, Besan ke laddoo(this recipe has been in our family for three generations. If you are looking for a sugar free laddoo recipe then do check out my Chocolate, dates and nut laddoos. These have no added sugar, fat or dairy.
