Ingredients

large mango
peeled and diced, about 1 cup(Mango should be firm)
2
medium sized peaces
peeled and diced,about 1 cup
1/2 to 1
Habanero pepper or any pepper
1/4
cup
cilantro/Coriander/Dhaniya
chopped
1/4
cup
Red onion
chopped
Juice of 1/2 or 1 lemon/lime
depending on size
Salt as per taste
I used about 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients very gently. Refrigerate
Add salt just before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips,on tacos,as a relish on Grilled fish/chicken,Grilled Tofu or Paneer
Notes
Mix salt just before serving. Lasts for 2 days in refrigerator. Use any kind of peppers if Habaneros are not available.
