The best Chocolate Buttercream icing made with real butter,Cocoa powder and sugar.
If icing is a little thin,add 1/2 cup more of confectioners sugar. If its too thick, thin it out with some milk/water, adding a tsp at a time.
Cover and store in an air tight container for upto a week in the refrigerator.
Enough to ice 16-18 cupcakes or a large 9x13 sheet cake.
