1/2cupRoasted and Salted Sunflower Seeds or Almonds
1packet Ramen Noodleany flavor, I used Oriental Flavor
For the Dressing
1/2cupOil
6tbspRice Wine Vinegar or any vinegar
5tbspSugar
11/2tspsalt
1tspBlack Pepper
1Spice packet from Ramen Noodle
Instructions
Take a sealed packet of Ramen Noodle and crush with rolling pin or any heavy object. Open and remove the spice packet for dressing.
Mix all ingredients for dressing in a microwave safe glass container with a lid. Microwave for 30-40 seconds on power 5 or just mix really well till sugar dissolves.
Mix all ingredients for salad.
Save some Cilantro, Green Onions, Red Onions and nuts for garnishing.
Pour dressing on salad 5 minutes before serving and toss well.
Garnish and serve.
Notes
If you don't have coleslaw, just shred some Green Cabbage, carrots and Purple Cabbage. If you don't have Broccoli slaw, just double the quantity of Coleslaw.
